Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the I’m Gonna Bet website (imgonnabet.com), operated by JNARZ ANALYTICS LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Informational content only

Everything on this site, including odds, prices, estimated edges and comparisons, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting, financial, investment or legal advice. We don't pick winners and make no guarantee of any outcome or profit. Sports betting involves financial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and any losses.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older (18+ where applicable, or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use betting content and the platforms we link to. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

3. Odds and data

Odds and prices change constantly. Prices shown may be delayed, stale or inaccurate, and should always be confirmed on the platform's bet slip before betting. Estimated edges and fair values are model estimates and can be wrong.

4. Platform availability

Sportsbooks, exchanges and prediction markets are available only in certain states and countries. Some books we show operate offshore and are labeled as such; they may not be licensed where you live. Checking that a platform is legal and available to you is your responsibility.

5. Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, offers or policies.

6. Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to JNARZ ANALYTICS LLC unless otherwise noted. Don't copy, resell or redistribute site data without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNARZ ANALYTICS LLC is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from use of the site or its content.
